PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all the information that Internet-shop Medvejatnik, located on the domain name medvejatnik.com.ua, can receive about the User during the use of online store site, programs and products online store.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
In this Privacy Policy the following terms are used:
"Administration of Medvejatnik Online Store site (hereinafter - the Administration of the site)" - authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of FLP, which organizes and carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purpose of processing of personal data and the composition of personal data.
"Personal data" - any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable individual (the subject of personal data).
"Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.
"Confidentiality of personal data" - mandatory for observance by the Operator or other person who has access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legitimate grounds.
"User of the website of the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as "User")" - A person who has access to the Site, through the Internet and uses the Site of the online store.
"Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser each time sends to the web server in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.
"IP address" is the unique network address of a node on an IP-based computer network.
SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the website of the online store for non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration of the site when registering on the website of the online store or when placing an order to purchase Goods.
Personal data which can be processed according to the present Privacy Policy, is provided by the User by filling registration forms on the website of online store trademinister.com.ua and include the following information
surname, first name, patronymic of the User;
contact phone number of the User;
e-mail address (e-mail);
address of Goods delivery;
place of residence of the User.
Internet-shop protects Data that is automatically transmitted in the process of viewing advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which the system statistical script ("pixel") is installed:
Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access the parts of the site of the online store that require authorization.
Online-shop collects statistics about the IP-addresses of its visitors. This information is used to detect and resolve technical problems and to control the legality of financial payments.

Browser information (or any other program that enables advertising);
Referrer (address of the previous page).
Any other personal information not stipulated above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) shall be securely stored and not disclosed, except as specified in clauses 5.2. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THE USER
User's personal information Administration of the online store can use for the following purposes:
Identification of the User, registered on the site of online store, to place an order and (or) to enter into a distance purchase agreement with medvejatnik.com.ua.
Giving the User access to personalized resources of the site the online store.
Establishing a feedback with User, including sending notices, requests regarding the use of the site, online store, the provision of services, handling requests and applications from the User.
Determining the location of the User for security purposes, fraud prevention.
Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
Creating an account to make purchases, if the User has agreed to create an account.
Notifying the User of the Webshop Website about the status of the Order.
Processing and receipt of payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits, disputing the payment, determining the right to receive a credit line by the User.
Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Website of the online store.
Providing to User with his consent, updates of products, special offers, information about prices, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Internet-shop or on behalf of partners of Internet-shop.
Implementation of advertising activities with the consent of the User.
Giving the User access to sites or services of partners of the Internet-shop in order to receive products, updates and services.
WAYS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Processing of personal information of the User shall be performed without limitation of time, by any legal means, including information systems of personal data with or without the use of means of automation.
User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal information to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of the User's order, drawn up on the Site of online store "medvejatnik.com.ua", including the delivery of goods.
Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.
If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
The Administration takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
The Administration and the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal information.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
THE USER IS OBLIGED:
Provide information on personal data necessary to use the Site of the online store.
To update, supplement the provided information on personal data in case of changes in this information.
THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SITE IS OBLIGED:
Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
Provide keeping confidential information secret, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User, except for items 5.2. and 5.3. of this Policy, as well as not to disclose information about the User. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data of the User in accordance with the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.
Block the personal data concerning the respective User from the moment of their application or request, or from their legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
The Administration of the site who failed to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for the losses the User suffers in connection with the misuse of personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except as provided in the paragraphs. 5.2, 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential information Administration of the site does not bear responsibility if this confidential information:
Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.
Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Site and the Administration of the Internet-shop, it is obligatory to file a complaint (a written offer to voluntarily resolve a dispute).
The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the outcome of the claim in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The current legislation of Ukraine is applied to the current Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Administration of the Site.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
The new Privacy Policy will take effect upon its posting on the Online Store's Website, unless otherwise provided for in the new Privacy Policy.
